The City School District of New Rochelle is offering current New Rochelle residents from kindergarten through fifth-grade Magnet placement for the 2024-2025 school year at three Magnet Schools: Barnard Early Childhood Center (K-2), Columbus Elementary School, and Daniel Webster Elementary School.
