Construction permits were approved by the City of New Rochelle last week, and contractors mobilized this week to complete required demolitions and lay out new work at Monroe College. Our staff is holding weekly project meetings on site with the college, and the contractors to keep the schedule on track. At this time, there are no obstacles, delivery, or manufacturing delays. The work is expected to be complete by the beginning of May.
