The Office of Research, Assessment and Accountability provides information to inform policy and support continuous school improvement efforts. Inclusive of accountability reporting and testing. In partnership with the NYSED Office of Accountability we work to close the achievement gaps by identifying and supporting schools to ensure we replicate the best practices. The school district works to implement the New York's Accountability System under the approved Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESSA) Flexibility Waiver and the approved New York State Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) plan.
