Safety is Everyone’s Concern
As we head back to school, please review the 2023-2024 District Wide School Safety Plan. The Safety Plan details our school district’s emergency management, protocols, and procedures and informs building-level emergency response plans.
In addition to your individual school’s safety plan, you should also familiarize yourself with our Anonymous Alerts system. The school district’s and each school’s web page has an Anonymous Alert button through which you can report incidents. You can also access it at anonymousalerts.com/newrochelleps or download the free app from the iPhone App Store or Google Play and activate it with the code newrochelleps.
Our school district also delivers important messages about events, school closings, safety alerts, and other information via School Messenger. Through School Messenger, the district can send text messages straight to your mobile phone in the event of an emergency or when appropriate. All enrolled families are automatically added to our School Messenger notification system. You can opt in to School Messenger by sending “Y” or “Yes” to 67587 or scanning the QR code on the image below.

La Seguridad es Preocupación de Todos
Mientras regresamos a la escuela, revise el Plan de Seguridad del distrito escolar 2023-2024. El Plan de Seguridad detalla la gestión, los protocolos y los procedimientos de emergencia de nuestro distrito escolar e informa los planes de respuesta de emergencia a nivel de edificio.
Además del plan de seguridad de su escuela individual, también debe familiarizarse con nuestro sistema de alertas anónimas. La página web del distrito escolar y de cada escuela tiene un botón de Alerta Anónima a través del cual puede reportar incidentes. Nuestro distrito escolar también envía mensajes importantes sobre eventos, cierre de escuelas, alertas de seguridad y otra información a través de School Messenger. A través de School Messenger, el distrito puede enviar mensajes de texto directamente a su teléfono móvil en caso de emergencia o cuando sea apropiado. Todas las familias inscritas se agregan automáticamente a nuestro sistema de notificación School Messenger.
