The New Rochelle Public Library will host free, virtual civics classes to educate participants on the process of becoming a citizen, and to prepare participants for the naturalization interview and test. Classes will be held on Thursdays, March 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, at 6 p.m. Registration is required. Register at bit.ly/NRPLCalendar (find the date of the class, double click the name of the class, and proceed with registration).
Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions, but may participate as they are able. Please register for each session. Attendees can participate virtually at the library using the public WiFi and computers, or borrow a Chromebook to take home. To borrow a Chromebook, visit the Registration desk in the lobby.
