Congratulations to five Jefferson Elementary School teachers recognized by the Board of Education Tuesday for achieving tenure. The professionals were included in a presentation given by Principal Kim Nieves and recognized with a round of applause.
The teachers recognized were: Melissa Capossela (special education), Victoria Cooke (fifth grade), Diana Riccio (special education), Victoria Treacy (second grade), and Alex Urso (special education).
